M2 Global Technology, Ltd.
Mr. Richie is an engineering professional with over
17 years of diverse experience in electronics, manufacturing,
quality improvement, telecommunications, and computer
systems. His areas of expertise include
extensive knowledge of electronics test technology,
quality engineering, and team-based management. As

and developing guidelines and methods that significantly
reduced new product time-to-market) to continuous
process and product improvements (such as facilitating
improvement teams and improving product reliability). He
established an internal test and measuring equipment
calibration and repair facility that resulted in a
$100,000 annual cost savings, implemented an environmental
stress screening process and automatic test equipment,
and facilitated a project team that achieved ISO-9001
registration and developed several required processes
and procedures. In addition, he established
an internal training program for skills such as workmanship
and quality standards, assembly and test, computer
applications, problem solving, and teamwork.
While at Harris Corporation, Mr. Richie was part of
the management team that earned numerous awards and
recognitions, including the 1996 Shingo Prize for
Excellence in Manufacturing, the 1996 Texas Business

and Clemson University’s 21st Century Organizational
Excellence Premier Award. In both 1996
and 1998, the Microwave Communications Division’s
San Antonio operation was listed as one of the Top
25 Plants in IndustryWeek’s Annual Search for
America’s Best Plants in North America.
